No data controller is named. Until an operating company is configured, the controller is an individual and this notice is incomplete.
Short version. There are no accounts and no sign-up. We do not ask for your name, your email or any document. What we hold is your public wallet address, what your seat did in the game, and ordinary server logs. We do not sell anything to anyone.

1. What we hold

  • Your public wallet address, when you connect, sign a lock-in, or pay a fee. It is already public on the chain.
  • What your seat did — the holdings you chose, when you chose them, the signature authorising it, fees paid and the transaction hashes, and your results each cycle.
  • Server logs kept by our host, which include IP addresses, for security and to keep the service running.

We do not collect your name, email address, postal address or date of birth, and we run no analytics, no advertising and no third-party trackers.

2. Why, and on what basis

To run the game and pay what is owed — performance of our contract with you. To keep the game honest and the service secure, and to keep records of payments received — our legitimate interests, and in the case of records, our legal obligations.

If you win, we may have to ask for identity, age, residency and tax information before we can pay you. That is a legal obligation, and if you would rather not provide it you can decline the prize.

3. Who sees it

Our hosting provider, and the public blockchain — anything on chain is public permanently and cannot be deleted by us or by you. Results, including seat numbers and scores, are published on this site so that anyone can check them. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising.

4. How long

Game records for as long as the game runs and for six years afterwards, for tax and accounting. Server logs for a short period set by our host. Chain data is permanent and outside anyone's control.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to ask what we hold, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to object to how we use it, and to complain to your data protection authority. Two honest limits: we cannot delete anything from a public blockchain, and we cannot delete published results without destroying the record that lets other players verify the game.

No contact address is configured yet.

6. Children

This service is not for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly hold their data.
